Payment, Shipping & Returns

We make every effort to exceed your expectations with quality and delivery. When you shop at the online store, you are agreeing to our Payment, Returns and Delivery policy as follows:

We use Paypal to process orders/payments. You do not need a Paypal account to use your debit or credit card. IMPORTANT: For Paypal transactions, the address in your account with us must match the address on your debit/credit card statement.

To ship your order to an address different from your debit/credit card, enter the details in the Special Instructions area. We will confirm that address prior to shipping.

Most custom items are typically manufactured the same day or next business day after the order is placed and shipped within two business days. Some embosser seals may take an additional two days for manufacture. If you want to change or cancel your custom order, you must notify us immediately. There are no cancellations or changes after manufacture of a custom item has begun.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail which usually means two or three days for shipping.

Stock items: Items may be returned or exchanged with an RMA number only if they are defective. Please contact us via our Contact Us page to receive the RMA number. Items must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt by you. If products are found to be in working order or appear to have been damaged by the customer, no refund will be issued.

Custom items, customer error: Custom items may not be returned. If you enter your information incorrectly or order the wrong product, you are responsible for the error. Be certain to verify the information and details for accuracy at check out. NOTE: Custom orders also include stamps WITHOUT custom text but WITH a choice of ink color.

Training materials: Videos, books, ebooks or other such materials cannot be returned due to their intrinsic value as information products.
